Technology 2020 is a public-private partnership leveraging East Tennessee's technology resources to encourage entrepreneurship, provide access to capital, grow new technology companies and new jobs, and support the Innovation Valley technology community.

Technology 2020 also manages multiple incubators for start-up companies, two of which are on-site at its corporate headquarters facility in Oak Ridge. Incubator space may be leased at below market lease rates in a variety of sizes with various amenities.
